Bloom Beauty Bar — Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Bloom Beauty Bar (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides hair services, hair extension services, and extension products. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and are effective immediately upon update.

2. Appointments & Booking Policies

Booking

All appointments require a valid name, phone number, and payment method on file. Some services may require a non-refundable retainer to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-show appointments will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Excessive rescheduling may require a deposit for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 10+ minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A fee may apply if the appointment cannot be completed.

3. Service Policies

Satisfaction

We strive to deliver beautiful, high-quality results. If you have concerns with your service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can discuss a solution.

Refunds on Services

There are no refunds for services performed. Adjustments may be offered at the stylist’s discretion.

4. Hair Extensions

Install Policies

A consultation may be required before booking an extension installation. Pricing varies based on length, color, and amount of hair needed.

Refunds & Exchanges (Hair Extensions)

  • Extensions must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging for any exchange or return.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges or returns.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued until returned items are received and inspected to ensure requirements are met.

  • Once hair has been colored, toned, cut, installed, brushed, washed, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

5. Website Purchases

Product Availability

All products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or inventory issues.

6. Payment Policies

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of service or purchase.

 

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a temporary ban from booking future appointments until resolved.

7. Liability

By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the maintenance and aftercare required for color and extension services.

  • Bloom Beauty Bar is not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare, failure to follow instructions, use of unprofessional products, or chemical treatments performed elsewhere.

  • Results vary depending on hair history, texture, and integrity.

8. Photos & Media

We may capture photos or videos of your hair for educational or marketing purposes. By receiving a service, you consent to the use of your images unless you request otherwise before your appointment begins.

9. Consultations

Accurate information about your hair history is required for your safety. Withholding information may result in service refusal or additional charges.

10. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional pricing:

 

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

  • Are non-refundable

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and order processing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
