Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order as long as:

 

• The hair has not been worn, opened, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.

• If extensions are returned opened or used, they will be sent back to the customer.

• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

• All salon services are final sale.

• No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.

♡ Shipping & Refunds

• If your return is approved, shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

• Customers are responsible for shipping on any approved exchange.

• Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets all requirements.
