Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order as long as:

The hair has not been worn, opened, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.

If extensions are returned opened or used, they will be sent back to the customer.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All salon services are final sale.

No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.

If your return is approved, shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

Customers are responsible for shipping on any approved exchange.
